For teachers, parents, counselors, PTs, OTs, school administrators, and anyone who cares about kids or cares about personal development for themselves:

  • Brain Gym 101: Three full days. Master all 26 Brain Gym movements; find out when and why to use the movements; practice the highly effective 5-step balance process for accomplishing your goals; discover how to "balance" a classroom or another individual. Teachers prepare individualized lesson plans for using Brain Gym in the classroom. (Those who aren't teachers will also prepare individual plans for using Brain Gym.) Learn two powerful repatternings and "advanced' balances on the 3rd day. Brain Gym 101 is a prerequisite for most other Brain Gym classes and a requirement for licensing. (It's required twice for licensing.) You'll receive a year's membership with the Educational Kinesiology Foundation and a one-year subscription to the Brain Gym Journal. 24 contact hours. Up to 1 1/2 (1.5) university graduate credits are available. Find scheduled classes.

  • Brain Gym Introduction: It's the first two days of Brain Gym 101. Perfect for busy people who just want the basics. Doesn't count as a prerequisite for other Brain Gym classes nor toward Brain Gym licensing. 16 contact hours. One university graduate credit is available. Brain Gym

  •  Brain Gym Basics TeleChat:  It's the equivalent of a one-day Brain Gym Introduction. Taught over four evenings in 90-minute sessions. Includes 100 pages of handouts. Great for those with busy schedules who can't get away to take a class. Also good for those who have taken Brain Gym and want a review and update on the latest Brain Gym tips. Half credit professional development credit available for teacher recertification and salary upgrade from University of Colorado at Denver.

  • Managing ADHD TeleChat: How to change hyperactive or "spacey" behavior without drugs. Looks at many possible causes of this behavior. Includes some Brain Gym. Handouts and audio recordings of each session.  Four 90-minute sessions

For Schools:

  • Teacher in-services: Give classroom teachers the knowledge and practice to use Brain Gym in all K-12 classes. Teachers master some Brain Gym movements and the when, where, and why to use the movements with their students. Full day format. Perfect for teacher professional development days.
