Brain Gym 101:
Three full days. Master all 26 Brain Gym movements;
find out when and why to use the movements; practice the highly
effective 5-step balance process for accomplishing your goals;
discover how to "balance" a classroom or another individual.
Teachers prepare individualized lesson plans for using Brain Gym
in the classroom. (Those who aren't teachers will also prepare
individual plans for using Brain Gym.) Learn two powerful
repatternings and "advanced' balances on the 3rd day. Brain Gym
101 is a prerequisite for most other Brain Gym classes and a
requirement for licensing. (It's required twice for licensing.)
You'll receive a year's membership with the Educational
Kinesiology Foundation and a one-year subscription to the
Brain Gym Journal. 24 contact hours. Up to 1 1/2 (1.5) university
graduate credits are available. Find

Introduction. Taught over four evenings in 90-minute sessions.
